Finally, the document leaked as a MAP list shows that the LTE version of Motorola XOOM Honeycomb tablet in on its way and most likely will hit Verizon shelves soon and so with the Droid 3. But still no official release date, price and availability.
One thing to remember is that the original Verizon's XOOM is packed with only 3G (EVDO Rev. A) capability, and we know to upgrade to LTE 4G, the tablet must be returned to the factory and upgrade done there, and finally Motorola admitted that some xoom user were mistakenly emailed about returning the tablet for upgrade earlier this month.
So, we will wait the official things from VZW about its new Motorola XOOM LTE, and find out is this the new model/version with LTE-chipset on board, or this is the upgrade version of the original 3G EVDO XOOM. Other specifications supposed to be no different from the original, but with built-in LTE radio.
