This is one of the CDMA USB modem supports CDMA EV-DO Rev A. Also supports the CDMA 20001xRTT in areas not covered signals CDMA EV-DO Rev. A.
It was a pitty this modem uses inject mode, so it can not easily replace your card as desired. But the board used the same hardware version used on the Pantech PX-500, so the quality may also be the same.
