This cdma modem supports CDMA 20001x and EVDO rev.0 networks. Like other modems, Full Speed FS-8920 uses a standard USB interfaces, drivers in the modem (Zero CD tech)
and can be used for SMS and voice. One important thing is that this modem supports only CDMA network at a frequency of 800 MHz only. So although it supports EVDO rev.0, this modem can not be used for providers that use CDMA1900 MHz frequency. The card in this modem is free to be replaced (Unlocked - R-UIM) during the 800 MHz CDMA frequency.
