After delayed nearly a month, Samsung Droid Charge, the second Verizon's LTE 4G smartphone finally prepared to launch at 14 May 2011, and will be available in retail and online stores for $299.99 with 2 year contract and required special 4G LTE data plan.
Droid Charge user will need to subscribe to a Carrier National Talk plan that begin at $39.99 monthly, and data plan for LTE 4G package begin at $29.99 monthly, the Mobile Hotspot feature for up to 10 Wi-Fi enabled devices is included.
As a reminder, Samsung Droid Charge is the second LTE smartphone for Verizon Wireless after the HTC Thunderbolt, comes with 1 Ghz processor, 4.3" super AM-OLED Display, main 8 MP camera and 1.3 MP front facing. See Droid Charge vs Thunderbolt. See Press release (BGR).
