WP7, Meego and Symbian OS in Nokia's House

From the news circulated, it seems finally Nokia with Windows Phone 7 Operating System will be rolled into the smartphone market for the first time before the end of 2011. The rumor has it the possibility of a annual event in October at the Nokia World Conference. It's time for Nokia try its new luck (again) by competing and seize the smartphone market with Windows Phone 7 OS as a weapon, in addition Meego as other weapons.

Just yesterday we were treated to the presence of Nokia N9 with Meego OS ver. 1.2 is also known as the Meego Harmattan, according to rumors will start shipping in July or August this year. Meego itself seems to be a new weapon for Nokia or even just testing weapons for the upcoming Symbian shape. During the presentation, Mr. Elop was not much mention about Meego, but clearly discussed UI in detail. After all they are Symbian.

No doubt if Nokia still dominates the mobile market in the world although it does not seem so to the smartphone market. As with WP7, Meego seem to serve as a sort of a backup weapon to smartphone market combat, we could see how Symbian continues to be developed and soon we will see the latest updates of Symbian platform nicknamed Anna. Not only Anna, Symbian Belle is also being deliberated to follow Anna soon.
