Introducing the 7-inch Samsung tablet dubbed Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus (P6200). This is the successor of the original 7" Samsung Tab that was available worldwide in both gsm and cdma variant. The successor comes with a thinner, slimmer and complete re-designed form factor and sure with latest Android Honeycomb 3.2. The new tablet is powered by a 1.2 GHz dual-core CPU, 1 GB of RAM and a 3D graphic chipset. However, the 3-mp rear camera with LED, AF and the 2-megapixel front web cam will not impressed at all. The screen is using very bright PLS LCD technology with 1024 x 600 p of resolutions.
Other specifications include: Bluetooth 3.0, WIFI b/g/n, usb 2.0, 3.5mm sound jack, 32 GB of internal storage (memory), microSD for up to 64GB of additional external MMC card, HTML browser with Flash support, music and video player and HSPA+ network support as its 4G connectivity in addition to main 3G and 3.5G GSM, UMTS and HSDPA band. For a while there is no news about LTE 4G version.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus seems to be competing with classmate tablets such as BB Playbook, HTC Flyer or even Kindle Fire. Hopefully, the hardware competition may not matter here, but a price that will take part.
