Droid RAZR Maxx a.k.a Motorola XT912 apparently is the upgrade version of the original RAZR LTE. Major improvement seems to located on a larger battery capacity in order to stay much longer (maxx), especially when sailing in the 4G LTE network which does require a plenty of power from the battery. Not only that, other differences appear at a slightly larger size and body is made from better materials. Droid RAZR Maxx runs on CDMA 1x, EVDO for its 3G network and on LTE for the 4G data connectivity.
