This is the only Windows-based mobile OS on U.S. Cellular's shelf , at least until recently. ZTE Render, running Windows 7.5 (Tango 2) and work on the CDMA 800 and 1900 MHz frequency. Based on the the specifications, it looks nothing special on U.S. Cellular ZTE Render. But is certainly enough to run important applications such as Office, or maybe Xbox Live. The phone supports the Internet data to more than 3Mbps thanks to EVDO Rev.A chip planted inside. while the design is no different from most smart phones today, there is no physical button's on the front, the camera and LED are in the corner of the back, microUSB slot on the side and the volume buttons on the side lined up with a shortcut key for camera functions.

According to some users, the ZTE Render is pretty impressive and satisfying, especially in terms of battery life, smooth running application, easy to operate and text-friendly.
