Those are almost all LTE frequencies operated by 4G carriers worldwide. Sprint Verizon iPad Mini also came as the global-capable tablet where its also works with gsm-based network at quad-band frequencies and support wireless internet data up to HSDPA+ service. Slightly different for AT&T iPad mini which use modem number A 1454 and support LTE AWS band and 17 (700b MHz) and don't have CDMA-based network capability, but sure its also work on GSM and UMTS-based network operated by AT&T and Bell, Rogers, Telus for Canadian carriers.
