Samsung Continuum With Ticker Display November 11th on Verizon

Verizon has announced Samsung Continuum (SCH-i400) will be launched on November 11th For $199. Samsung Continuum who still Galaxy S family has features that are slightly different from the other Galaxy S series. The difference mainly lies in Additional 1.8-inch Interactive Super AMOLED Ticker Display located under the main screen. The ticker enables zero-click access to news, social networking, sports and entertainment feeds.

Still about 1.8 Amoled ticker displays, in my opinion, did not appear to be a lot of work. I thought it would be easier pressing the icon on the main screen rather than on the small screen and is located at the very bottom, when I want to access one's favorite features. Unless you plan to frequently use two hands when operating the Continuum, such as when you operate the Tablet.

Samsung Continuum is also has AllShare™ feature that enables device to connect to other DLNA Certified®-enabled devices such as TVs and laptops. But probably many customer agrees if Continuum will be better by implanted newer lates Android OS, eg Android 2.2 (Froyo) or even Android v2.3 (Gingerbread), and not just v2.1. We know, now many people who plan to buy a new smartphone with the latest OS as well.
