Motorola Droid 3 is Just The Successor of The Droid 2 but with Tegra 2?

As posted before, Motorola Droid 3 rumored will be the next Verizon's 3G/4G LTE smartphone. Still no official information about what radios frequency embedded on Droid 3, is it will be 3G EVDO, Dual GSM-CDMA Global or be LTE 4G smartphone.

The picture and leaked spec for Motorola droid 3 posted by Techbuffalo tell us that the device believed will powered by dual core NVidia Tegra 2 processor (just like the Droid X 2 "squared"), equipped with a 8 MP main camera on the back and without LTE 4G capability.

Pesonal opinion : by reading the name " Droid 3" we can say this is the successor of the Droid 2, where the Droid 2 () is the dual GSM-CDMA global smartphone launched by Verizon, equipped with 1,2 GHz TI oMap (single) processor and support 3G EVDO Rev. A and also GSM 3G and 3.5 G UMTS HSDPA network.

So, perhaps the the Droid 3 is just the new Droid series with the same network techno but comes with stronger processor, the NVidia Tegra 2 dual core. We've heard before the rumor about the Motorola Droid T2, meaning the Motorola Droid with Tegra 2 processor, and now this is the Droid 3 and Droid X 2. Both are the global phone walk on the same global network technology, CDMA 20001x , 3G Evdo Rev. A and GSM 3G HSUPA, HSDPA when in global. Stay awake for the official specs that expected will be available before the end of the year. TechBuffalo
