MetroPCS has just announced visual voice mail that let user enjoying the ability to visually browse voice mails with phone like the iPhone. It also provides users with Visual Voice Mail Plus – a feature which gives user text transcriptions of voice messages and the option to replay through an SMS, MMS or email as usual.
The visual voice mail is available with the Galaxy Indulge (Samsung LTE), LG Optimus M, Huawei Ascend and Ascend TapouT MMA series. And support for the RIM Blackberry Curve 8530 and BREW-based handset is coming soon.
MetroPCS's subscriber have to sign up to use the visual voice mail feature starting at $45 for 3G EVDO Rev. A devices and $50 for 4G smartphones and Visual Voice Mail Plus requires an additional $5.
