Kyocera Hydro (model number C5170) was introduced at CTIA2012 event along with several model includes Kyocera Rise C5155. The handset brings some unnoticed hardware include 1 GHz single core CPU, 3.5 inch display with IPS LCD technology and a 3.2MP camera without front facing web cam. Slightly different from the Kyocera Rise, the Hydro comes as the rugged Smartphone with waterproof feature and has IP certified. Kyocera Hydro C5170 works on CDMA 20001x and EVDO Rev. A network as it 3G data connectivity at dual band CDMA 800 and 1900MHz.

Announced: 8 May 2012 CTIA2012 event. We would not doubt if the phone is intended for smartphone hunters with a friendly price.
