AirCard 330U is one Sierra USB modem that supports 4G LTE network LTE 2600MHz AWS frequency, and also runs on the 3G network based on GSM frequencies of WCDMA 850/1900/2100 MHz and EDGE / GPRS / GSM 850/900/1800/1900 MHz. In theory, the AirCard 330U can provide download speeds of up to 100Mbps over LTE networks and up to approximately 40Mbps on HSPA + network.
