Alexandria is Now 4G LTE Covered (AT&T LTE)

By adding Alexandria, VA along King Street near the metro station, AT&T is now have more areas covered by its 4G service using LTE technology. As reported by Alexandrianews.org, “Our goal is for our customers to have an extraordinary experience, and they’ll be able to download, upload, stream and game faster than ever before on our 4G LTE network,” said J. Michael Schweder, president of AT&T Mid-Atlantic. “As part of the Alexandria community, we’re always looking for new opportunities to provide enhanced coverage, and our investment in the local wireless network is another way we’re accomplishing that.”

As an important note, for the affairs of the coverage area, AT & T temporarily still inferior than its main competitor Verizon. But AT & T has the advantage, with the HSPA + network which almost covers the whole area. Meanwhile, as written, although not covered by its LTE network, customers can still use the HSPA + network for the purposes of data quickly, while waiting for the arrival of LTE. It's certainly better than the other providers that fall to 3G when outside LTE areas.
